Kickboxing and ABT Sculpt consist of training with resistance band, focusing on the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. It uses movements like blocks, jabs, and footwork, which require eye-hand-leg coordination and equilibrium. A wholesome workout to keep fit, shape up, lose weight, and increase the metabolic rate!
Note: Participants are required to bring a thick towel or Yoga mat
