Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Hula Hooping exercises the core muscles, improves balance, flexibility, dexterity and coordination that tone and shape the abdomen and legs. Hooping is a cardio, low-impact, high-energy workout that promises a whole lot of fun!

Note: Hoops can be purchased from the Trainer at $45 per piece.
