Get the best of both worlds with Cardio Yoga, as it involves both cardiovascular training and yoga. The cardiovascular training includes an aerobic exercise that trains your heart, lungs and the entire cardiovascular system. The yoga segment includes different types of yoga posture which will help improve your breathing, concentration and promote overall relaxation.
Note: Participants are required to bring a thick towel or yoga mat
